    Adults aged 20 and older who live in Texas, specifically within Fort Worth, Dallas, Lubbock, Amarillo and Corpus Christi, particularly those who are uninsured, underinsured, or have limitations to get to a physical clinic or office setting.
  • Do I need insurance to receive care?
    No. Our services are low-cost and designed to be accessible without insurance.
  • What health conditions do you treat?
    We specialize in chronic disease care, including but not limited to: Type 2 Diabetes High blood pressure (hypertension) High cholesterol (hyperlipidemia) Obesity Hypothyroid Medication management and lifestyle coaching, and more
  • How do virtual visits work?
    You’ll schedule online, then meet with our provider through a secure video call. We’ll review your health history, discuss your needs, and create a plan that works for you.
